Located in Lake Country, BC, and serving both local and surrounding areas, we offer a variety of cleaning services starting at a rate of $35/hr., from a one-time, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedule, to post-construction cleanup in both residential & commercial properties. This also includes timeshare & vacation rental opening and closing. Please note that we supply all cleaning products & equipment needed and a travel time will be charged for each scheduled visit. All charges will be discussed and quoted before any job begins to avoid any surprises.

When it comes to your home, whether you are a snowbird, or it's a vacation rental, we want to make sure that it's treated as if it were our own. To be looked after and maintained the same way in which it was left every single time, and whether it's for a short or a long term leave or stay, we'll give you that peace of mind that you deserve. Heading out on vacation during the winter months, your property will be checked in on and the yard will be maintained. Renting out a summer home, we'll take care of that too.
We'll open and close for the season, taking care of the cleaning, restocking and maintenance of the property and grounds from furnace filters to yard care.
We'll take care of the checklists and walkthroughs and manage the entire customer change over, from the contracts that need to be signed, to the general maintenance needed for turnover such as toiletries and general cleaning.
With our concierge services, we lend a hand with the simple day-to-day help you may need in picking up a thing or two, to all of the necessities needed for your vacation rental. From watering plants to groceries, we can help.
