Kitchen Overhaul
We had 3 months to gut and completely renovate this tiny little bungalow, and we did it within our budget of $45,000
This 1000 sq ft bungalow was in need of a LOT of TLC. We were brought into clean, gut and give this home a complete facelift. This particular client had challenging health conditions and was unable to keep up the home so none of the interior finishes were salvageable.
We turned it from a 3 bedroom back into a 4 bedroom, created an open concept with more counter space to the kitchen and dining area while adding storage and a walk-in pantry. We moved the back patio door to the opposite side of the house where there was an existing concrete pad for entertaining, upgraded the flooring, fixtures, and finishings and gave it two 4-piece bathrooms.
