Living Room Makeover

Staging to Move

This is an example of how we were able to downsize and stage a home to move one of our clients from an 1100 sq ft bungalow to a condo in another province.  Our client had lived in this home for over 30 years and had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's shortly before our services were needed.  Realizing that items were accumulating weekly was causing clutter and slowing the process of others to help in the move.  We were able to spend several months downsizing at the customers' pace and then ultimately packing and shipping all belongings to her new home.

Crafting Room Makeover

Crafting Room Makeover

The basement was taken over with toys, hobbies, family activities, and storage pouring out into the tv room.  We were able to declutter, organize and create a space to allow for our customers to have a place for it all.  A daycare area, their children's' playroom and their family entertainment area with a crafting space for personal hobbies.

Backyard Overhaul

Backyard Redesigned

This is a great example of how we are able to help in the design and labor of a total makeover.  The entire back yard was leveled, trees removed, and the ultimate entertainment area was created with an outdoor roofed bbq area, a 900 sq ft deck and a pergola, finished off with perennials and an aesthetically pleasing dog run.

Kitchen Renovation

Total Overhaul

This 1000 sq ft bungalow was in need of a little TLC.  We turned it from a 3 bedroom into 4, created an open concept with more counter space to the kitchen and dining area while adding storage and a walk-in pantry.  We moved the back patio door to the opposite side of the house where there was an existing concrete pad for entertaining, upgraded the flooring, fixtures, and finishings and gave it two full 4-piece bathrooms.

Bathroom Facelift

From plumbing issues to the flooring being completely rotted out in some areas, this bathroom needed a "new everything".

This was a total overhaul from top to bottom.  Installed new subfloor, drywall, window, tile, bathtub, and vanity, along with new shelving for storage and created a linen closet in the hallway where there was an existing chimney not being used... all within budget.

Basement Restoration

Basement Flood

A sewer back up in this basement rental property caused significant damage to all of the flooring and drywall in the affected area.

We removed the entire carpet throughout the basement and stairs, as well as any affected drywall, baseboards, trim and fixtures.

We added a new paint color for the walls to give it a brighter feel, replaced all doors, casing, and trim, installed vinyl plank flooring, commercial-grade carpet up the stairs and added a new cabinet in the bathroom all while staying within budget and adding a more modern feel to the suite.
